Last extra credit opportunity: the third and final Gender and Pop Culture presentation of the semester will take place on Thursday, December 4, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Jundt Auditorium. Danielle Doolittle, a senior Psychology major and English/WGST minor, and Emily Ball, a senior Psychology/Sociology major and WGST minor, will deliver a talk entitled “Ms. Officer: Investigating Female Stereotypes in Crime Television.”

Wednesday and Friday, November 26 & 28th: Thanksgiving Break!
During this time, you should be working on your argument paper so you have a draft ready for your conference. See the Project Five: Researched Argument for more information on the conference.
I would also like you to take a minute to review sample work of good writing I've shared. Revisit the work we've read in class, check out the class blog for your peers' work and other effective writing (there's a new post), and don't forget about the best of page where you can read your peers' engaging opinion pieces.

If you need to change times, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled conference and email me before making the change on the document.
